How are the hourly totals for week 1, 2, etc. calculated on the timecards and why are they different than report totals? Follow
The weekly totals, displayed at the bottom of a timecard, represent the gross total hours for that entire workweek. As such, deductions for breaks, lunch, etc. are not included in these totals and they include days in the workweek that may be from the previous pay period.
The example image below is from an account with a semi-monthly pay period and a workweek beginning on Mondays.
