Add a Person's Email, Phone Number, and Address Follow
Easily add or update an email address, phone number, and address in an employee, supervisor, or administrator's profile by updating their Contact Details. Email addresses are required for any user that log into the uAttend cloud portal or smartphone app. Email addresses must be unique. Verify none of your archived users are already assigned an email address using the Employee Report before attempting to assign it to a new user.
Notes:
- Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit employees. Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments, thereby limiting which employee profiles they can access.
To update contact information for a person:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with as administrator or supervisor with permissions.
- Click on the People tab.
- Click on the name of the intended person or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for a person.
- Enter the intended Email Address for this person.
- Enter the intended Phone Number(s) for this person.
- Enter the intended Address for this person.
- Click the SAVE button.
