Edit Holidays at the Employee Level Follow
If you have some employees onsite working and some employees out of town visiting the in-laws, maybe a few new employees that aren’t eligible for holiday pay just yet, no problem, user-level editing will give you the flexibility to customize options for each employee as needed. See below for details.
Notes:
- Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit employees. Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments, thereby limiting which employee profiles they can access.
To configure holidays for an employee:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the People tab.
- Click on the name of the intended employee or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for an employee.
- Click the Holidays tab from the navigation panel on the left.
- Click the slider button to Enable/Disable eligibility for holidays for this employee.
- Click the + button from the right panel to add individual holidays or click the Assign All button to add all holidays for this employee.
- Click the - button from the left panel to remove individual holidays or click the Unassign all button to remove all holidays for this employee.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the intended holiday to edit.
- Click the button to select the intended option (listed below) for the Working setting for this employee.

- If working, click the drop-down menu for the Pay Code setting and select the intended option (listed below) for this employee.
- REG
- OT1
- OT2
- HOL
- OTH
- If not working, enter the intended amount in the Paid Hours setting for this employee.
- Click the SAVE button.
