Why are timeclock punches not showing up on timecards? Follow
If your employees have been using a uAttend time clock to record their punches and the punches are not appearing on the time cards or reports, it is likely that the time clock is currently offline.
Note: If the device is factory reset, the punches will be permanently deleted and non-retrievable. It is highly recommended to reconnect to your network and ensure punches are showing on the account before factory resetting the device.
To transfer punches from the time clock to the account:
- Check the time clock's connection status indicator directly on the device.
- If the connection is offline, proceed to reconnect the time clock to your network.
- Once successfully reconnected, allow up to 5 minutes for the punches to transfer to the associated account.
- Please note that that the transfer speed may vary based on your network's strength and the number of punches to be transferred.
