The TeamViewer Assistant Tool is a valuable resource that allows you to receive remote support on your Windows PC from our uAttend customer service technicians. This guide will walk you through the process of downloading and effectively using the tool.
Notes:
- This process is only available on a Windows PC
- Your Agent may need additional information such as the device ID, device version, and IP address of the time clock.
- If you already have TeamViewer downloaded on your PC, you do not need to complete these steps. You can simply open TeamViewer and provide your Partner ID and Password.
To download the TeamViewer Assistant Tool:
- Open a web browser and navigate to http://wwtech.io/
- The download will begin immediately. Open the file once the TeamViewerCS.exe download is complete.
- You'll need to allow the TeamViewer Assistance Tool to make changes on the computer.
- Accept the UELA and DPA and click Continue.
- Prove your Partner ID (and password if applicable) to our Agent.
