Question: Why did my employee's timecard data disappear when I changed their role to supervisor/administrator?
Answer: Modifying an employee profile to a supervisor role will remove all time and attendance data associated with the employee role. Create a new supervisor profile instead to preserve the data for the employee role.
If you change the profile back to an employee role and recalculate the timecard, the employee punch data will be restored.
