Approve Timecards from the uAttend Portal as an employee Follow
If your administrator has enabled the timecard approval settings, you can review and approve your timecard directly from the web portal. If they have given you editing rights, you may also make changes to your timecard.
Notes:
- Your admin may have imposed an IP address restriction on your web portal access.
- You will need your Company login site URL, user name, and password when accessing the web portal. Reach out to your admin for this information.
- Your account administrator must configure the permission to approve timecards. See your administrator to resolve access issues in your profile.
- Workwell Technologies cannot make corrections or provide timecard information.
To approve your timecards:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an employee profile.
- Click the Timecards tab.
- By default, the current pay period will be displayed. Click the Arrows around the date range or click on the date range and select a pay period from the list to display the timecard data from different pay periods.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Approve Timecard toward the lower right corner of the timecard.
