uAttend’s Biometric Data Compliance module is designed to give you resources as a part of your Biometric Data Compliance strategy. However, use of this module does not constitute compliance. You can download the Sample Biometric Information Privacy Policy and Sample Biometric Information Privacy Policy Employee Consent Form directly from your portal at any time. These sample documents can help you get started with managing biometric information in your organization.
Remember, these samples are starting points and should be customized by your HR or legal team to fit your specific needs. We strongly recommend that any policies enacted by you or your organization are drafted, implemented, and managed by your Human Resources, and/or Legal Services team.
To download the sample biometric policy and consent form:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the People tab.
- Click the Download Compliance Forms button
toward the upper right.
- The download will begin immediately and can be located in your Downloads folder.
