How do I access account information such as my employees' time cards after cancelling the account? Follow
As an account administrator, you can cancel your account at any time. Before canceling, it's a good idea to export any reports or data you need using our available reporting features. If you do not intend to reactivate your subscription, make sure to export all necessary data as accounts inactive for more than 12 months are permanently purged with no recovery option.
If you need access to your account information after cancelling, an account administrator can request temporary access.
To request temporary access:
- Send us an email at support@trackmytime.com including your company name and ID in your request.
- We will reactivate your account, giving you 24 hours to gather the information you need.
- Log in and retrieve the necessary information within the 24-hour window, exporting any necessary reports.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is closed again.
