Archive, Re-Activate, or Temporarily Inactivate Multiple People Using the Edit Status Option Follow
With the bulk Edit Status option, you can easily archive, activate, or set multiple people to inactive with just a few clicks. This tool saves time by allowing you to update user statuses in bulk, making it ideal for managing large teams. You can edit the status of your users individually or in bulk using this feature. This feature can be used to archive users who do not have a username or email address listed on their profile.
To bulk edit the status of people:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator or supervisor (with permissions).
- Click on the People tab.
- Select the check box next to the name of each person whose status you want to update.
- Click the Edit Status button in the upper-left of the page.
- Select the status you want to apply to the selected people: Active, Archived, or Temporarily Inactive.
- If you are archiving users, click Confirm to continue. If you are setting users to active, you may need to complete the Biometric Data Disclosure form.
