Sync Employee Data on a BN-N Timeclock

You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To sync the employee data on the BN6000N or BN6500N timeclock with the cloud:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode.
3. Press OK.
4. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to Employee. 
5. Press OK.
6. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to Sync Employee Data.
7. Press OK. 
   • The result of the sync will be displayed on the screen.
8. Press OK.
