Change the Voice on a DR Timeclock

You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To change the punch confirmation voice on a DR2000 or DR2500:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
3. Select DEVICE. 
4. Select SOUND.
5. Select TIME CLOCK VOICE.
6. Select from one of the current options.
7. Select SAVE.
