Replace an Employee Face Template on a DR Timeclock

You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To replace a face template for an employee on a DR2000 or DR2500 timeclock:

1.   Tap the screen.
2.   Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER. If the Face Recognition feature activates, press PIN to enter the passcode.
3.   Select EMPLOYEE.
4.   Select the name of the employee
5.  To replace a current face template, select REPLACE, then select YES.
6.   The employee will be prompted to look towards the screen.
7.   When the scan is complete, select TEST FACE.
8.   Once you receive the 'Test Successful" message the face template has been successfully assigned.
