Making a Payment and Updating Your Payment Method Follow
If you are looking to pay your bill, update your payment method, or are seeing a restricted account access message, you are in the right place.
uAttend is billed on a month-to-month subscription. There is no annual contract, and you can cancel at any time. Your account is automatically charged each month to the payment method on file. You can access and edit your billing information, price plan, or any optional features at any time in the My Account section of your account.
Make a Payment
If your account is past due, an account administrator can log in and make a payment.
- Log in to your company's custom URL as an account administrator.
- A payment screen will automatically appear.
- Enter your payment details and click the Make Payment button.
If you can't log in as an administrator, contact us during business hours to make a payment.
Update Your Payment Method
To update your payment details:
- Log in to your company's custom URL as an account administrator.
- Enter your payment details on the Payment Screen (if it appears).
- Go to the Bill-To section in My Account and update your information if necessary.
Additional Notes
- Tax exemptions can be applied with proper documentation.
- Refunds are not granted for unused features, devices, users, or services.
- You are responsible for monitoring and adjusting your account payment settings. See our article on addition fees and End User License Agreement for more details.
- If your account was closed for non-payment, you will need to contact us to update your billing details and make a payment before the account can be accessed.
