Edit Job Punches on a Timecard Follow
If you notice job tracking details are inaccurately recorded, you can easily edit them directly from the employee's timecard. Check out this quick video for more information or see the steps below.
Notes:
- You can configure supervisor profiles on your account to allow them to edit timecards for their responsible departments.
- You can configure employee profiles on your account to allow them to edit their own timecards.
- Review job tracking details in the Job Tracking Report.
To edit a job punch on a timecard:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator or supervisor (with permissions).
- Click the Timecards tab.
- Click on the name of the employee from the list.
- By default, the current pay period will be displayed. Navigate to the correct pay period if necessary.
- Click the Edit/View Jobs
icon on the line for the intended date to view or edit the job tracking details.
- Click the Edit
icon.
- Edit the available fields and click Save to update your changes.
