Price Plan and Additional Fees.

You are entirely in control of the price plan for your account. 

The uAttend system will not change your price plan until you say so. As the account administrator, you are entirely responsible for changing the price plan to match your current employee count as you add or archive users.

We also offer several optional features and services in uAttend that are associated with additional monthly fees. All these options can only be enabled or activated by an account administrator, and the uAttend system will never change any of these settings on your behalf. It is entirely the responsibility of the account administrator(s) to manage these settings and access to the device admin codes. You can view your invoices at any time from the My Account section.

Notes:

• There is no annual contract or commitment to use uAttend. Membership is on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime. 
• As an administrator, you can access invoices, edit the billing information and change the price plan or any optional features on your account. 
• Refunds are not granted for "unused" features, devices, users, or services. See the End User License Agreement.
• If your active employee count is at the capacity for your selected price plan, you will not be able to add additional employees until either archiving active employees or editing your price plan.
• Users with an administrator or supervisor role do not count toward your price plan's active employee limit. Keep in mind that time and attendance are only tracked for users with an employee role.

• Active employee tier (price plan) $27-$174/month.
• Additional administrators (beyond the 1 included) $8 per additional admin/month.
• Additional time clocks (beyond the 2 included) $12 per additional timeclock/month.
• uText notifications
• Custom export preference $8/month.
• Offline mode (for BN and CB series timeclocks) $2 per timeclock/month.
• Touch-tone phone punching is $0.06-$0.08 per call.
• Your fees will be automatically charged monthly to your preferred payment form.
• A tax exemption can be applied for with the proper documentation.
• If your account was closed for non-payment, you will need to update your billing info and make a payment before the account can be accessed.

To edit your price plan, follow these steps. 

1.   Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
2.   Click on the profile avatar in the upper right corner of the window.
3.   Click the My Account option from the menu.
4.   Click the EDIT button for the price plan option.
5.   From the drop-down menu, select the price plan option (listed below) that includes the intended active employee count for your account.
   • From 0 to 9 active employees
   • From 10 to 19 active employees
   • From 20 to 49 active employees
   • From 50 to 99 active employees
   • From 100+ active employees
6.   Click the SAVE button.
