CB5000, CB5500, CB6000, CB6400/CB6500 Timeclock Settings

Your BN series timeclock comes equipped with an array of features, this article will help you get set up and configure all the settings you need to get your timeclock connected to the network, associated with your account and employees registered and punching.

Notes:

• Only the account administrator(s) can access the Settings tab. 
• If you have forgotten the passcodes to access the timeclock menus, they can be viewed on this page.  The displayed passcodes are only valid if your device firmware has been updated after mid-2020.
• If you have not kept the device firmware up to date, you may need to perform a factory reset if anyone changed the old default passcode (53178) in the past and forgot it.

To configure settings for a CB series timeclock on your account, follow these steps. :

uAttend_CB timeclock settings

1.   Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
2.   Click on the Settings tab.
3.   Click the Punch Management tab.
4.   Click the EDIT button on the line for the intended CB series timeclock.
5.   Click the EDIT button on the line for the Name/Location option.
6.   Enter the intended nickname for this timeclock.
7.   Click the Save button.
8.   Click the EDIT button on the line for the Timezone option.
9.   Click the drop-down menu and select the intended timezone for this timeclock.
10.   Click the Save button.
11.   Click the EDIT button on the line for the Offline Mode option.
12.   Click the drop-down menu and select Enable (if applicable) for this timeclock.
13.   Click the Save button.
14.   Click the EDIT button on the line for the Available Departments option.
15.   Check the box(es) to select the intended department(s) for this timeclock.
16.   Click the Save button.
17.   Click the OK button to return to the Punch Management tab.
