Department Dashboard Overview Follow
Manage the departments in your account along with the alerts you could set up for breaks, lunches, and overtime from this overview page. Use the searching, sorting, and filtering options to make managing larger accounts with a lot of departments even easier.
Notes:
- Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit departments. Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments.
- Department-level settings and rules are inherited from the employee's home department.
- Since several department-level features are schedule-based (start and end zones, lockouts, shifts), it is a good practice to organize and populate your departments with this in mind.
To navigate the departments' dashboard:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the Departments tab.
- Click the filter icon and select the intended status option (listed below) to display on the dashboard.
- All
- Active
- Archived
- Click a column header to sort the list of users by that attribute.
- Click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for a department.
- Click the tiles icon to display the list of departments in an alternate format.
- Click the navigation buttons (if applicable) toward the lower-left corner of the page to browse the list of departments on your account.
