Send Employee Timecard with Email and uText

Yet another handy feature of uAttend’s versatile notification system is the ability to send timecards via email and text, see below for details.

Notes:

• Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit employees.  Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments, thereby limiting which employee profiles they can access.
• Additional fees apply for the use of uText notifications.
• Refunds are not granted for "unused" features, devices, users, or services.  See the End User License Agreement.
• The email addresses/phone numbers used must be unique.  
• If you are not receiving notifications, try testing with an alternate generic email address (not part of your domain/@yourcompany.com) to see if you should chat into our support team for help or contact your systems administrator (who manages your domain's email security settings).

To configure timecard delivery notification (email and/or text) for an employee, follow these steps. :

uAttend_email and text employee timecards

1.   Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
2.   Click on the Users tab.
3.   Click on the name of the intended employee or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for an employee.
4.   Click the Employee Services tab.
5.   Click the EDIT button in the User Settings section.
6.   Click the EDIT button on the line for the Send Employee Timecard option.  
7.   Click the drop-down menu and select YES.
8.   Enter the email address for this notification.
9.   Click the drop-down menu and select a Send Time option (listed below) from the list.
   
   • Daily
   • Weekly
   • Each Pay period
10.   Enter the mobile phone number for this notification.
11.   Click the drop-down menu and select a Send Frequency option (listed below) from the list.
    • Daily - Select a Send Time from the drop-down menu.
    • Weekly - Select a Day of the Week to Send and Send Time from the drop-down menu.
    • Each Pay period - Select a Send Time from the drop-down menu.
12.   Click the SAVE button.
