Job Tracking from the Cloud Portal Follow
As an employee, you can use the uAttend cloud portal to perform job tracking punches after your administrator has configured your profile to do so.
Notes:
- Your admin may have imposed an IP address restriction on your ability to access the web portal.
- You will need your Company login site URL when accessing the web portal. Reach out to your admin for this information.
- Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.
- Web punching permissions are required to use job tracking from the portal.
Start a Job
To start a job using the uAttend cloud portal:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an employee profile.
- Click the Punch tab.
- Click the drop-down menu and select the intended Job Number.
- Click the drop-down menu and select the intended Job Detail Number (if applicable).
- Add an optional Note.
- Click the Start Job button.
End a Job
To end a job using the uAttend cloud portal:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an employee profile.
- Click the Punch tab.
- Click the End Job button.
