Add, Remove, or Replace a Face Template (DR2500, DR2000) Follow
As the account admin, you will want to be able to effectively manage the timeclocks on your account. The articles here are meant to give you an understanding of the features and functions of your (DR2500, DR2000) device(s).
Notes:
- There are also settings and features to configure in the cloud portal that relate to your (DR2500, DR2000) timeclock(s).
- You will need your company ID (to find your account) and have access to the administrator email address (to receive an activation code) when adding a new timeclock to your account.
- Verify with your IT department that the timeclock has been allowed free communication (to and from our servers) on all ports and to/from all addresses on the lists in this article.
To add a face template for an employee, follow these steps (DR2500, DR2000) :
- Tap the screen.
- Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
- Select EMPLOYEE.
- Select the name of the employee
- If the employee does not have a face template assigned, the employee will be prompted to look towards the screen.
- When the scan is complete, select TEST FACE.
- Once you receive the 'Test Successful" message the face template has been successfully assigned.
To remove a face template for an employee, follow these steps (DR2500, DR2000) :
- Tap the screen.
- Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
- Select EMPLOYEE.
- Select the name of the employee
- Select DELETE, then select YES.
- You will be prompted to replace the face template. Select REPLACE FACE to create a new face template or select the X to go back to the employee list.
- If you want to replace the face template, select REPLACE, then select YES.
- The employee will be prompted to look towards the screen.
- When the scan is complete, select TEST FACE.
- Once you receive the 'Test Successful" message the face template has been successfully assigned.
To replace a face template for an employee, follow these steps (DR2500, DR2000) :
- Tap the screen.
- Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
- Select EMPLOYEE.
- Select the name of the employee
- To replace a current face template, select REPLACE, then select YES.
- The employee will be prompted to look towards the screen.
- When the scan is complete, select TEST FACE.
- Once you receive the 'Test Successful" message the face template has been successfully assigned.
