Logging in to the uAttend Mobile App Follow
Stay on top of your timecards on the go! The uAttend mobile app allows Administrators, Supervisors, and Employees to track time, manage timecards, and more - from anywhere. In this article, you will find the simple steps on how to log in, along with some key setup requirements and restrictions for using the app. This article will cover how to log into the uAttend mobile app as well as the specific requirements.
Requirements and Permissions
- Administrator Access: All account Administrators can log in to monitor employee statuses, make edits to timecards, run quick reports, and more.
- Employee and Supervisor Access: Employees and Supervisors will need their smartphone access permissions enabled in the web portal before they can log in. An Administrator can configure access to allow app features like clocking in or out, viewing timecards, and making timecard edits.
- Geolocation Requirements: Location services must be enabled on your smartphone, even if your company does not use geo-location restrictions.
- Bulk Setup: Administrators can configure employee mobile access in bulk using the uAttend Utility tool.
- Company ID: The Company ID is required to log in to the app. Account Administrators and Supervisors with permissions can access the company ID by logging into the web portal and locating the 5 or 8 digit number in the top-right corner of the screen next to the company name.

Log into the uAttend App
To log in to the uAttend mobile app:
- Upon opening the app for the first time you will be greeted by the uAttend logo.
- Enter your company ID and press the NEXT button.

Enter your username and password. Click they eye icon besides the password field to see what you typed.
- (Optional) Toggle the Keep me logged in option if you prefer.
