View Timecards from the uAttend Mobile App as an Employee Follow
As an employee, once your uAttend account Administrator has given you access permissions to the smartphone application, you can easily view your timecard. If your account administrator has given you editing rights, you may also make changes to your timecard directly from your iOS or Android device.

Accessing the Timecard on the App
There are a few important things to note when accessing the uAttend mobile app.
- You will need your company ID when installing the mobile app.
- Your employer may impose a geo-location restriction which will only allow punches to occur within a given range. Regardless of geo-location restrictions, your location will need to be enabled to use the app. See your administrator to resolve restriction issues.
- Gross pay is only displayed when an hourly rate is entered on the employee's profile.
- The permission to edit or approve a timecard must be configured by the account's administrator. See your administrator to resolve access issues in your profile.
- Workwell Technologies cannot make corrections or provide timecard information.
To access, navigate, and edit a timecard using the mobile app:
- Log in to the uAttend mobile app.
- Tap the Time Card option to navigate to the timecard page.
- Review the timecard data available from the mobile app.
Available Timecard Information
- Pay Period - The Pay Period displays at the top of the screen as a range. Tap the date range or calendar icon to select the pay period range you wish to view. The app shows only up to 20 pay periods at a time. If you would like to access older pay periods, click on the earliest dated pay period, wait for it to refresh, and repeat the process until you locate the pay period you want.
- Total Hours - By default, the total hours show the total combined hours worked for the current pay period. Tap the drop-down icon to see a breakdown of the hours worked, including VAC, SIC, or HOL time applied. Your total hours are displayed on the right, and the breakdown of where these hours fall by pay code is displayed on the left.
- Date Tab - By default you will land on the Date tab showing a list of all days in the pay period. Select a date to see your exact punch times and what type of punches were made. You will see your IN/OUT times, as well as any breaks or lunch periods taken for the day selected. Any notes made on your punches will be displayed under the punch time. From here, you can list any applicable tips or expenses or edit your timecard if you have timecard editing permissions.
- Department Tab - Tap Departments under the pay period to display your hours worked in each department if you work in multiple departments.
- Accrual Tab - Tap Accrual under the pay period to display any time that falls under the pay code SIC, VAC, or OTH for the date range selected. You will see the total amount Accrued, the amount used in this period, as well as your current available balance.
- More - Tap the Calendar icon with three dots to open additional options such as emailing your timecard or approving your time card.
