View and/or Edit Timecards from the uAttend mobile app as an employee Follow
As an employee, once your uAttend account Administrator has given you access permissions to the smartphone application, you can easily view your timecard. If your account administrator has given you editing rights, you may also make changes to your timecard directly from your iOS or Android device.
Notes:
- You will need your company ID when installing the mobile app.
- Your employer may impose a geo-location restriction which will only allow punches to occur within a given range. See your administrator to resolve restriction issues.
- Gross pay is only displayed when an hourly rate is entered on the employee's profile.
- The permission to edit a timecard must be configured by the account's administrator. See your administrator to resolve access issues in your profile.
- Workwell Technologies cannot make corrections or provide timecard information.
To access, navigate, and edit a timecard using the mobile app, follow these steps. :

- Upon opening the app for the first time you will be greeted by the uAttend logo. If you have already logged in and selected the Keep me logged in option, skip to step 5.

Enter your 5 to 8-digit company ID and press the NEXT button.

Enter your username and password.

Press the LOGIN button.
- Tap the Time Card option to navigate to the timecard page.
- Review the timecard data (listed below) available from the mobile app.
- Totals - Here you will see the total hours worked for the current pay period, as well as any VAC, SIC, or HOL time applied. Your total hours are displayed on the right, and the breakdown of where these hours fall by pay code is displayed on the left. You can select the pay period range you wish to view by tapping on the dates at the top of the screen.
- Date - In the date section, you can select a date to see your exact punch times and what type of punches were made. For example, you will see your IN/OUT times, as well as any breaks or lunch periods taken for the day selected. Any notes made on your punches will also be displayed under the punch time. This section is also where you can list any applicable tips or expenses.
- Departments - If you work in multiple departments, the Department section will display your hours worked in each department.
- Accrual - The Accrual section will display any time that falls under the pay code SIC, VAC, or OTH for the date range selected. You will see the total amount Accrued, the amount used in this period, as well as your current available balance.

Click the date under the Pay Period option to select the intended pay period to edit.

Click the day for the intended day to edit.

Click the pencil icon in the blue circle at the bottom of the screen to edit the punch for that day.

Select from the editing options (listed below) from the list displayed on the screen once clicking on the edit button.

The Punch Type - This can not be edited for an existing punch. A new punch must be added with the intended punch type (break, lunch, etc.) selected and the existing one can be deleted (see Add a missing punch below).

Edit the department - Tap the department name and select the correct department to edit the department (if applicable).

Edit an in/out punch - Select the correct time and date for the in and/or out punch, then tap the OK button.

Add a note - Click in the field for the Add Note option.

Add a missing punch - Click on the + sign with the blue circle around it at the bottom of the screen.

Click the SAVE button to save the edits.

Click the CANCEL button to cancel the changes.

- Repeat steps 7 - 11 to make additional edits to the timecard.
