Email Address and Phone Number Follow
Contact info can be entered for your users.
Notes:
- Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit employees. Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments, thereby limiting which employee profiles they can access.
- The forgot password option will not be able to email a reset link if no email address has been entered on the user profile. Verify all applicable users have a valid email address on their profiles.
- Email addresses must be unique. Verify none of your archived users are already assigned an email address before attempting to assign it to a new user.
To configure an email address and phone number for a user (admin, supervisor, employee), follow these steps. :
uAttend_email address and phone number
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the Users tab.
- Click on the name of the intended user or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for a user.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the Email option.
- Enter the intended Email Address for this user.
- Click the SAVE button.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the Phone option.
- Enter the intended Phone Number for this user.
- Click the SAVE button.
