Time Off Requests at the User Level Follow
This feature, as with many others in uAttend can be enabled or disabled at the user level an example for use would be to account for team members that are new to your organization that may not yet be eligible for paid time off quite yet. Check out this handy article to find out more.
Notes:
- Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit employees. Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments, thereby limiting which employee profiles they can access.
- Time off Requests must be enabled and configured before the feature can be enabled for employees.
- Time off requests can be approved/denied from the Time Off Request widget on the dashboard.
To enter a time off request at the user level, follow these steps. :
uAttend_employee time off requests
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the Users tab.
- Click on the name of the intended employee or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for an employee.
- Click the Employee Services tab.
- Click the Add Request button.
- Click on a Single Date or the Starting Date and Ending Date of the request.
- Click the CONFIRM button.
- Enter the intended amount (Enter 00:00 to request unpaid time off)) in the intended Pay Code option (listed below) for this employee.
- VAC
- SIC
- HOL
- OTH
- Check the box (if applicable) for the intended option (listed below)
- Unpaid
- Weekend
- Approved
- Click one of the SAVE button options (listed below).
- Save and Add New
- Save
