Group Punching with the uAttend Mobile App

With uAttend’s smartphone app in hand, supervisors and administrators have the ability to clock a group of users in simultaneously by utilizing the Group Punch feature. Group Punches can be made in Real and Variable time (depending on permissions).  

To perform group punches using the mobile app:

1. Log in to the uAttend mobile app as an administrator or supervisor (with permissions).
2. Select the More tab.  
3. Select the Group Punch option.  
4. Select the department option at the top right-hand corner of the screen to filter by department. 
5. Select the employees you wish to include in the punch, then tap Next.  
6. Select the Date of the Group Punch then tap Next.
7. Select the time of the Group Punch, then tap Next. 
8. Review the summary list of employees included in the group punch with the date and time listed at the top of the screen.  
9. Tap the Punch button to complete the punch.
