Check the App version for the uAttend Mobile App Follow

Make sure that you are running the most current version of uAttend’s smartphone app to take advantage of the latest enhancements. When troubleshooting issues on the uAttend smartphone app, we may need the current version to determine the next steps. Use the steps below to locate your current version. You can also go through the Google Play Store or iOS App Store on your phone to update the app and make sure that you are running the most current version to take advantage of the latest enhancements.

To check the app version for the mobile app:

  1. Login to the uAttend mobile app.
  2. Press the More button near the lower right corner of the screen.
  3. The app version will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Update the app version through the iOS app store or Google play store as needed.
