Adding, Deleting, and Editing your Timecard Follow
As an employee, you can use the uAttend cloud portal to manually adjust your timecard after your administrator has configured your profile to do so.
Notes:
- Your admin may have imposed an IP address restriction on your ability to access the web portal.
- You will need your Company login site URL when accessing the web portal. Reach out to your admin for this information.
- Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile. Workwell Technologies cannot make corrections or provide timecard information.
Add a Timecard Event
To add an event to your timecard:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an employee profile.
- Click the Timecards tab.
- By default, the current pay period will be displayed. Click the Arrows around the date range or click on the date range and select a pay period from the list to display the timecard data from different pay periods.
- Click the + icon on the line for the intended date to add an event to the timecard.
- Click the drop-down menu for the Punch Type option (listed below) and select the intended event.
- In/Out - Enter the intended times and dates for the event, along with an optional note.
- Break - Enter the intended times and dates for the event, along with an optional note.
- Lunch - Enter the intended times and dates for the event, along with an optional note.
- Job - Enter the intended times and dates for the event, the job number, and if applicable the job detail number, along with an optional note.

Benefit - Enter the intended date for the event, the benefit type (listed below), and the intended benefit hours to be used, along with an optional note.
- Vacation
- Sick
- Holiday
- Other
- Click one of the SAVE button options (listed below).
- Save and Next
- Save and Close
Delete or Edit a Timecard Event
To delete or edit events on your timecard:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an employee profile.
- Click the Timecards tab.
- By default, the current pay period will be displayed. Click the Arrows around the date range or click on the date range and select a pay period from the list to display the timecard data from different pay periods.
- Click the DELETE icon on the line for the intended event to delete an event from the timecard.
- Click the EDIT icon on the line for the intended event to edit an event from the timecard.
- Make the intended edits for the editable options (listed below).
- Times and dates
- Optional notes
- Department (if department transfer is enabled for the employee)
- Job number, and if applicable the job detail number
- Benefit type
- Click the SAVE button.
