Edit Positions for Your Schedule Follow
Easily edit Positions with the uAttend Scheduling feature to effectively manage your scheduling needs and keep your schedule up-to-date. Administrators and Supervisors can update the position name or color and assign or remove employees at any time to meet changing needs in your Schedule. To edit an existing Position:
- Navigate to the Scheduling tab in the uAttend cloud portal.
- Click on the Settings sub-tab.
- Click on the Position you'd like to edit.
- Click anywhere in the Position Name field to update and edit it.
- Change the Position Color using the dropdown menu and select the desired color.
- Assign employees to the position in the Assigned Employees section by clicking on the employee's name from the right sidebar.
- Unassign employees from the position by clicking on an employee in the center of the window to remove them.
- Adjust Shift Templates as needed.
- Press Save at the bottom of the page.
