Add Shift Templates to Your Schedule Follow
Shift templates are an essential tool that allow you to create reusable templates for shifts, making it easy to accommodate your team's evolving scheduling needs. Whether you are scheduling for peak hours or adjusting for seasonal changes, the uAttend Scheduling Feature allows Administrators and Supervisors to add Shift Templates at any time. This article will walk you through the steps to create new shift templates, helping you maintain efficiency and organization. To add a new Shift Template:
- Click the Scheduling tab.
- Navigate to the Settings subtab.
- Select the Position for which you'd like to create the Shift Template.
- Click the Add Shift Template button near the bottom of the page.
- Enter the new Shift Template Name.
- Enter the number of employees needed per weekday for the shift.
- Enter the start and end times of the shift.
- Click Save.
