There are a few ways to determine the model of your timeclock device. See the methods below to help you figure out which model you have.
There is a section in the help center for each of the timeclocks offered for uAttend. Click on one of the links at the bottom of this article to learn more about your device. We are also including a link to the employee guides section of the help center here that you can distribute to your team as needed.
