4 - Edit your billing information Follow
After creating your new uAttend account, you may need to update your payment information or view your invoices. Keeping your billing information up-to-date is important to keep your account running smoothly and without any unnecessary breaks in service.
If the card you made your initial payment with is not the correct payment method for your monthly subscription or if you need to use a different credit card, you can update the payment information in the Bill-To section. You have the option to pay with a credit card, eCheck, or a physical check.
As the account administrator, you will manage all aspects of the account billing. We understand you may need your invoices and billing notifications sent to a specific email address. If this is the case, you can update the Bill To Email in the Bill-To section.
Please note that when you change your payment information, it is automatically updated for all future payments.
Update the Account Billing Information
- Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner of the web portal.
- Select the My Account option from the dropdown list.
- Navigate to the Bill-To tab.
- Click the EDIT button for the different billing options to make changes.
- Enter your intended selections for billing: payment method, name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Click the SAVE button to save your changes.
Pay with Credit Card
You will need to select credit card for the payment method to pay your monthly subscription with a credit card. Then enter your credit card details, including the account number and expiration date.
- Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner of the web portal.
- Select the My Account option from the dropdown list.
- Navigate to the Bill-To tab.
- Click the EDIT button next to PAYMENT METHOD.
- Select CREDIT CARD from the drop-down list.
- Click the SAVE button to save your changes.
- Click the EDIT button next to CREDIT CARD and enter your credit card information including the card number and expiration date.
- Click the SAVE button to save your changes.
- Confirm your Bill To name, address, phone and email are correct.
Pay with eCheck
You are also able to pay with an eCheck, or electronic check, similarly.
- Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner of the web portal.
- Select the My Account option from the dropdown list.
- Navigate to the Bill-To tab.
- Click the EDIT button next to PAYMENT METHOD.
- Select eCheck from the drop-down list.
- Click the SAVE button to save your changes.
- Click the EDIT button next to ECHECK.
- Select your Account Type then enter your Routing Number and Account Number.
- Click the SAVE button to save your changes.
- Confirm your Bill To name, address, phone and email are correct.
Pay with Check
If you prefer to pay by check, you will need to reach out to our support team, who will create a ticket for processing by our Finance team.
View a uAttend Invoice
- Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner of the web portal.
- Select the My Account option from the dropdown list.
- Navigate to the Invoices & Payments tab.
- Click on an invoice number in the uAttend Invoice section
- This will show a breakdown of the total charge of the invoice
View a uAttend Payment
- Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner of the web portal.
- Select the My Account option from the dropdown list.
- Navigate to the Invoices & Payments tab.
- Click on a payment number in the uAttend Invoice section
- This will show information about the payment for the corresponding invoice
