Question: Why are there additional fees on my invoice?
Answer: There are a number of optional features and services available in uAttend that are associated with additional monthly fees. All of these options can only be enabled or activated by an account administrator and the uAttend system will never change any of these settings on your behalf. It is entirely the responsibility of the account administrator(s) to manage these settings and access to the device admin codes. You can view your invoices at any time from the My Account section.
There is no annual contract or commitment to use uAttend. Membership is on a month-to-month basis. Your fees will be automatically charged monthly to your preferred payment form.
