How to retrieve your user name and reset your password on the mobile app.

This article will give you all the information needed to reset your password into uAttend's smartphone application.

Notes:

• Your profile must have an email address associated with it, and you must have access to that email address. Please get in touch with your admin to reset your password if your profile is not associated with your email address. 

To retrieve your user name and reset your password:

1. Open the uAttend app., enter your 5-8- digit company ID, and press the NEXT button.
2.  Click the "Forgot Username or Password" link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your profile and click Submit. 
4. An email with instructions will be sent to your email address. 
5. The email will contain your User Name and if you need to reset your password, click the RESET PASSWORD button. 
6. Create and confirm a new password and click the UPDATE PASSWORD button.

7. Enter your username and new password.

8. Click the slider button for the Keep me logged in option (if applicable).

9. Press the LOGIN button
