How do I access my account that has been restricted? Follow
Need to reactivate your suspended account? If your account has been restricted due to non-payment, you must update your billing info and make a payment before the portal can be accessed.
Notes:
- As an administrator accessing the account, you should be able to see a section in the pop-up notification that will allow you to enter a credit card number to make a payment.
- For your convenience, we accept these major credit cards, Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, JCB, and Diners.
To make a payment, follow these steps :
- Visit your company's URL as an administrator.
- When prompted, enter your payment information and click the MAKE PAYMENT button.
- Once your payment has gone through, you will have access to your portal.
