There is not an absentee or missed shift report in uAttend.
Non-events (no input from any user) are not tracked. This includes no break punches occurring, no lunch punches occurring, or no in/out punches occurring on a date.
A low Average Hours total may imply a missed shift. Otherwise, a physical review of the Batch report compared to the employees' schedules would be required.
Sick events can be added (with notes if needed) for 0 hours on a date where an absence occurred. These events will be displayed on a Time Off report.
