Request Help with Deductions or Garnishments Follow
Payroll Administrators can update deductions and view garnishments directly in a person's profile. If you are unable to make updates or experience any issues, such as:
- A deduction not appearing
- A deduction that is not editable and needs to be changed
- A garnishment that needs adjustment
You can submit a request using the Contact Us link in the person's profile. A form will open in a new window where you can select your request type and enter details.
To submit a request about deductions or garnishments:
- Log in to the uAttend web portal as the Payroll Administrator.
- Navigate to the person's profile.
- Click Job and Pay in the left navigation menu.
- Select the Deduction tab near the top of the profile.
- Click the Contact Us link in the appropriate section.
- Select a topic using the dropdown (required).
- Provide any necessary details.
- Click Submit.
After submitting the form, an email is sent to our payroll specialist team with key details like your account name and number, the person's name, any information you provided, and additional system-generated details. You will receive a response at the email address listed within one business day.
