View and Download Your Paystubs and Tax Documents (W2s) as an Employee Follow
If your company uses uAttend Payroll, you can download your pay stubs, W‑2s, and other available tax documents directly from the uAttend web portal.
This article explains how to access your own payroll documents as an employee.
The information in this article applies to accounts using uAttend Payroll. Reach out to your account administrator if you don't have access to the Payroll tab.
⚠️ Important: Employee vs. Payroll Admin Access
This article is for employees, supervisors, or administrators accessing their own documents only.
If you are a Payroll Administrator and need to view or download documents for employees, access company tax filings, or retrieve payroll summaries or archives, see: Payroll Documents (Payroll Admin).
Before You Begin
- To access pay stubs, W-2s, or other tax documents, your company must be using uAttend Payroll.
- Your account administrator must enable payroll for your profile.
- You must be able to log in to the uAttend web portal using your company's uAttend login URL.
If you do not see the Payroll tab after logging in, contact your account administrator to confirm your permissions.
To download your pay stubs or tax documents:
- Log in to the uAttend web portal using your username and password.
- Click the Payroll tab in the top navigation.
- Use the Show filter to adjust the search results by year-to-date, month-to-date, the last 6 months, or for all time.
- Locate the document you want to download.
- Click the Download icon for the intended document.
- Choose to download or print the file.
FAQs
What if my pay stub or W‑2 is missing?
If you don’t see a pay stub or tax document that you believe should be available:
- Confirm the correct year or date range is selected
- Verify that payroll has already been processed for that pay period
- Contact your account administrator for assistance
uAttend Support cannot generate or release employee tax documents. Your account administrator is the correct point of contact for missing or incorrect payroll records.
If You Can’t Log In or No Longer Work for the Company
If you’re unable to log in to your account or you’re no longer employed with the company, you’ll need to contact your company’s account administrator to request copies of your paystubs or W‑2 forms. uAttend cannot provide paystubs or tax forms directly.
If you’re unsure who your account administrator is, reach out to your former manager or HR department for assistance.
