Payroll Documents Follow
As the payroll admin, you have access to a variety of documents related to your payroll, including:
- Pay History: employees paychecks and direct deposits.
- Payroll Archives: company documents generated during pay run processing.
- Tax Returns: Local, State, or Federal tax returns (W2s)
- Tax Checks
- Agency Checks
The information in this article applies to accounts using uAttend Payroll. If you are not yet using uAttend Payroll, check out our other reports available to you by following this link.
To access the Document Library for your company:

Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as the payroll administrator.

Click on the Payroll tab.
- Click the Company Documents tab.
- Selecting the type of document from the left navigation panel.
- Use the Sort/Filter option in the upper right to ensure the appropriate filter option is set to include the correct year.
Pay History
View and download your company’s employees paychecks and paystubs in the Pay History section of the Company Documents. If you aren't seeing the necessary documents, check the date range using the Sort/Filter option in the upper right.
Payroll Archives
View and download your company’s documents generated during pay run processing, such as the Payroll Summary and Cash Requirements Report, in the Payroll Archives section of the Company Documents.
Tax Returns
View and download your company’s Local, State, or Federal tax returns including W2s and Form 941 in the Tax Returns section of the Company Documents. Be sure the date range using the Sort/Filter option in the upper right is set to include the appropriate year.
Tax Checks
View and download your company’s Tax Checks in the Tax Checks section of the Company Documents.
Agency Checks
View and download your company’s agency checks in the Agency Checks section of the Company Documents
