Another great resource available in uAttend’s Employee Services section is the ability to enter and manage tips. Check out the steps below to learn how to enable and configure this handy feature.
- Only the account administrator(s) can access the Settings tab.
- You can also configure permissions at the user level for employees to use this feature.
To enable tips for your account, follow these steps. :
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click the Employee Services tab.
- Click the Enable/Disable button in the Tips section to turn this feature on/off for your account.
- Click the Edit Employees button.
- Click the box(es) to select/deselect the intended department(s) and/or employee(s) to add tips.
- Click the SAVE AND CLOSE button.
