View Support Number or Issue Ticket from an MN Timeclock

As the account admin, you will want to be able to effectively manage the timeclocks on your account.  The articles here are meant to give you an understanding of the features and functions of your MN series (MN1000, MN2000) device(s).

Notes:

• There are also settings and features to configure in the cloud portal that relate to your (MN2000, MN2000-legacy) timeclock(s).
• You will need your company ID (to find your account) and have access to the administrator email address (to receive an activation code) when adding a new timeclock to your account.
• Verify with your IT department that the timeclock has been allowed free communication (to and from our servers) on all ports and to/from all addresses on the lists in this article.

To request support from the MN timeclock:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode and press OK.
3. Select SYSTEM. 
4. Select HELP.
5. From here you can obtain our uAttend support phone number 800-518-8925 or select ALERT UATTEND STAFF. 
6. You will receive a message stating "Request received. Ticket has been created."
7. Select OK.
