View the Customer Service Phone Number on a BN Timeclock

Want to keep our support number handy? No problem! Easily locate the customer service number in the admin menu on your BN series (BN5000, BN5500, BN6000, BN6400, BN6500) devices.

Notes:

• There are also settings and features to configure in the cloud portal that relate to your (BN5000, BN5500, BN6000, BN6400/BN6500) timeclock(s).
• You will need your company ID (to find your account) and have access to the administrator email address (to receive an activation code) when adding a new timeclock to your account.
• Verify with your IT department that the timeclock has been allowed free communication (to and from our servers) on all ports and to/from all addresses on the lists in this article.

To view our customer service phone number on the BN timeclock:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode.
3. Press OK.
4. Press the down arrow to select SYSTEM MANAGEMENT. 
5. Press OK.
6. Use the up and down arrows to select HELP.
7. Press OK.
