Add Time Off Requests for an Employee Follow
As an administrator or supervisor with the necessary permissions, you have the ability to add time off requests directly to an employee's profile after Time Off Requests have been enabled and configured. This feature allows you to submit a request on behalf of the employee, which can then be approved or denied using the Time Off Request widget on the dashboard. To enter a time off request at the user level:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator or supervisor (with permissions).
- Click on the People tab.
- Click the name of the intended employee using the search function as needed.
- Click the Time Off tab from the navigation panel on the left.
- Click Add Request in the Time Off Request section.
- Click on a Single Date or the Starting Date and Ending Date of the request.
- Click CONFIRM.
- Enter the number of requested benefit hours per day in the intended Pay Code option. Enter 00:00 to request unpaid time off.
- Check the appropriate box if the time is Unpaid, Weekend, or Approved.
- Click Save and Add New to enter another request or Save if you are finished entering requests.
