Onboard a BN-N Time Clock Follow
Important Notes about Onboarding:
- Your base monthly subscription includes the use of up to two timeclocks. There is an additional monthly fee for each additional time clock over two added to your account.
- You will need your company ID (to find your account) and have access to the administrator email inbox to receive the activation code during setup. To avoid setup interruptions, confirm that your admin profile contains the correct email address. If the authentication email does not arrive at your business domain, try a personal address such as Gmail, resend the code from the device, and ask your systems administrator to review any filtering settings that may be blocking the email.
- Your BN6000N or BN6500N timeclock also includes features and settings that should be configured in the cloud portal.
- Before onboarding, confirm that the timeclock can communicate freely with our servers. Your IT team should allow traffic on all ports and addresses listed in the network requirements article.
