Price Plan and Additional Fees Follow
You are entirely in control of the price plan for your account. The uAttend system will never change your price plan unless an account administrator does so manually.

Managing Your Price Plan
As the account administrator, you can update your price plan at any time to match your current employee count as you add or archive users. uAttend does not automatically increase or decrease your price plan based on usage.
There is no annual contract or long-term commitment. uAttend is billed month to month, and you may cancel at any time.
Administrators can:
- Access invoices
- Edit billing information
- Change the price plan
- Enable or disable optional features
Refunds are not granted for unused features, devices, users, or services. See the End User License Agreement.
Optional Features and Additional Fees
uAttend offers several optional features and services that can carry additional monthly fees. These options:
- Can only be enabled or activated by an account administrator
- Will never be enabled or changed by uAttend automatically
- Are fully managed by the account administrator(s), including access to the device admin codes.

Pricing listed reflects U.S. account rates. Pricing varies for Puerto Rico and other regions.
- Active employee tier (price plan) $29-$195/month.
- Additional administrators (beyond the 1 included) $8 per additional admin/month.
- Additional time clocks (beyond the 2 included) $12 per additional timeclock/month.

- Custom export preference $8/month.
- Offline mode (for BN and CB series timeclocks) $2 per timeclock/month.
- Touch-tone phone punching is $0.06-$0.08 per call.
Your fees will be automatically charged monthly to your preferred payment form.
Editing Your Price Plan
Users with an administrator or supervisor role do not count toward your price plan's active employee limit. Keep in mind that time and attendance are only tracked for users with an employee role.
If your active employee count is at the capacity for your selected price plan, account administrators and supervisors will not be able to add additional employees. To continue adding employees, you can either archive active employees or edit your price plan. This gives you flexibility to adjust your plan whenever your team changes.
To edit your price plan:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
- Click on the profile avatar (name and icon for your login) in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click the My Account option from the menu.
- Click the EDIT button for the price plan option.
- From the drop-down menu, select the price plan option (listed below) that includes the intended active employee count for your account.
- From 0 to 9 active employees
- From 10 to 19 active employees
- From 20 to 49 active employees
- From 50 to 99 active employees
- From 100+ active employees
- Click the SAVE button.
Does my price plan automatically adjust?
No, your uAttend price plan tier does not automatically adjust.
While your monthly charges will automatically update when you add paid features, your price plan tier will remain the same until an account administrator changes it.
To ensure your subscription reflects your current employee count, be sure to review and update your price plan in the My Account section as your needs change.

How can I pay if my account was closed?
If your account was closed for non-payment, an account administrator will need to update your billing info and make a payment before the account can be accessed. If you're unable to log in, reach out to our support team for assistance.
