Configure a Supervisor's Department Edit Rights Follow
Configuring a supervisor's department editing rights is crucial for giving them the control they need over their designated areas. While supervisors can view information for all departments within their responsible departments by default, additional permissions are required if they need to add new departments, edit existing ones, or archive departments. This article will walk you through enabling department edit rights, ensuring your supervisors have the appropriate level of access and control over their assigned departments.
To configure the department edit rights for a supervisor:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator.
- Click on the People tab.
- Click on the name of the intended supervisor.
- Click the Permissions tab from the navigation panel on the left.
- Set the supervisor's Responsible Departments.
- Click the button to select the intended department edit rights option for this supervisor.
- Click the SAVE button.
