RE2000 Time Clock Settings in the Web Portal

Administrators can view forgotten time clock passcodes and configure RE series time clocks by editing nickname and timezone settings through the Punch Management section of the web portal.

Notes:

• Only the account administrator(s) can access the Settings tab. 
• If you have forgotten the passcodes to access the time clock menus, they can be viewed on this page.

To configure settings for a RE series time clock on your account:

1. Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click the Punch Management tab.
4. Click the EDIT button on the line for the intended RE series time clock.
5. Click the EDIT button on the line for the Name/Location option.
6. Enter the intended nickname for this time clock.
7. Click the Save button.
8. Click the EDIT button on the line for the Timezone option.
9. Click the drop-down menu and select the intended timezone for this time clock.
10. Click the Save button.
11. Click the OK button to return to the Punch Management tab.
