Temperature Report Follow
The Temperature Report provides detailed information on temperature scan results collected from any DR2500 timeclock on your account. You can filter the report by department, employee, temperature status, and date range, then print, email, or download the results.
Notes:
- This report is only available for DR2500 devices.
- Supervisors with the necessary permissions will see data for employees assigned to their responsible departments.
To run a temperature report:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator or supervisor.
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Select the Temperature Report.
- Adjust the date range if necessary.
- Use the Departments drop-down to select which departments to include.
- Use the Employees drop-down to select which employees to include.
- Use the Employees drop-down to select which employees to include.
- Use the Temperature Status filter to filter results to specific temperature statuses.
- Click the Expand All slider to display/hide all data for the selected department(s)/employee(s).
- Click the column headers to sort the data by that attribute.
- Print, email, or download the report.
Update the Date Range
Click the drop-down menu for the date range to select from one of the existing options or click on the Date Range option from the list to select a specific start and end date from a calendar.
- Last 7 days
- Last 1 month
- Last 6 months
- Last 1 year
- This month
- This year
- The previous month
- Date range (custom)
Filter the Report
Departments
By default, all departments are selected.
- Click the Departments drop-down.
- Check or uncheck the departments you want to include or exclude.
- Click Apply to update the report.
Employee
By default, all employees will be selected.
- Click the All Employees drop-down.
- Check or uncheck the employees you want to include or exclude.
- Click Apply to update the report.
Temperature Status
By default, all temperature statuses will be selected. You can filter the report to show:
- Passed
- Failed
- Not Captured
Export or Email the Report
Print: Click the Print icon at the top of the report to print the report or save as a PDF file.
Email: Click the Email icon at the top of the report and enter the email address of who should receive the report, separating email addresses with a comma.
Download: Click the Download icon at the top of the report to export a spreadsheet. All data will appear in a single sheet (formatting may vary based on your software settings).
