Temperature Reader Settings for a DR2500 Timeclock

To take advantage of your DR2500’s temperature scanning feature, you can edit the settings in your uAttend account, such as Fahrenheit or Celsius, or threshold vs pass-fail. 

Notes:

• Only the account administrator(s) can access the Settings tab. 
• The DR1500 model is available exclusively through Costco

To configure temperature reader settings for DR1500 or DR2500 timeclocks:

1. Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click the Punch Management tab.
4. Click the EDIT button on the line for the Temperature Reader Settings option.  
5. Select a Temperature Unit option (listed below) from those displayed.
   • Fahrenheit 
   • Celcius
6. Select a Temperature Unit option (listed below) from those displayed.
   • Actual Temperatures 
   • Pass/Fail
7. Enter the intended Temperature Lockout Threshold to determine the limit for an acceptable temperature.
8. Enter the intended Temperature Lockout Message to be displayed on the device when a temperature reading exceeds the threshold.
9. Check/uncheck the boxes to Apply Default Settings to all timeclocks or individual timeclocks.
10. Click the SAVE button.
